Spanish wireless technology solutions provider AWAMedia recently installed circular LED screens and an interactive video wall using 1-2-1VIEW’s IP based digital signage system at multiple venues in Spain . The first deployment was at the Telefonica Madrid Arena in Spain, where the new system was put to the test at a charity tennis match on December 20, 2007, where world tennis number two Rafael Nadal and Real Madrid's goalkeeper Iker Casillas invited several athlete friends to tennis and soccer matches to support a Red Cross campaign to free the world from malaria.
Two more LED screens were deployed at Plenilunio in Madrid , one of Spain ’s biggest shopping malls, and further installations of 1-2-1VIEW’s system at multiple locations throughout the Canary Islands are expected to be completed at the end of March.
